Lyangcha or Langcha or Lemcha is a Bangladeshi-Indian sweet dish. It is made from flour and milk powder by frying it and dipping it into sugar syrup for a long time. It is a very popular sweet in Bangladesh. It is similar to Kalo jam and Chom Chom.
