Choripán (Argentine)

chorizo, sausage, bread

Choripán is the quintessential Argentine street food snack. It is a hot sandwich simply made with french baguette and grilled chorizo (sausage, made of 70% beef and 30% pork). The name comes from the combination of the names of its two ingredients: chorizo and pan (bread).
