rice, oil, spices, garlic, mint, tomatoes, onions
Yalanji is a Syrian appetizer, made with grape leaves stuffed with rice and a variety of vegetables that is served as a cold appetizer. It is similar to dolma. It is prepared with rice, oil, spices, garlic, mint, tomato, onion. It is very healthy. The only difference between yalanji and dolma is that dolma is non-veg as it needs meat whereas yalanji is prepared with vegetable only.
