Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken (San Bei Ji) is very popular. Tender chicken is braised with garlic and ginger in a sweet and savory sauce. The name “three cup chicken” comes from the three key ingredients: sesame oil, Chinese rice wine, and soy sauce.
