Chilean Shepherd's Pie (Chilean)

Pastel de papas is the Chilian version of the famous Shepherd's Pie. A layer of pino (seasoned ground beef) mixed with olives, grapes and pieces of hard boil egg are topped with mashed potatoes. Sugar is sprinkle on the top and backed until golden.
