Mole Rojo

Red Mole (Mexican)

pork, boneless chicken, chile ancho, tomatoes, ground cinnamon, oregano, cloves, onions, garlic head

Mole Rojo, is similar to black mole, using many of the same spices and base ingredients and also contains chocolate, but less.
