Veg Kadai or Kadai vegetable sabzi is a delicious Indian vegetarian dish comprising of a mixture of veggies in cooked in a spicy gravy flavoured with a special Kadai masala. Veg Kadai or Kadai vegetable is traditionally prepared in a ‘Kadai’, a type of thick, circular, and deep cooking utensil formed from mild steel or wrought iron.
