Garlic Fried Rice, Garlic Rice, Philippine Garlic Fried Rice (Filipino)

rice, scallions, white vinegar, red chili flakes, garlic, black pepper

Sinangag is Filipino rice dish made by stir-frying pre-cooked white rice with garlic and served as a popular breakfast dish accompanied with fried eggs and a drizzle of vinegar sauce. The rice used is preferably stale, usually leftover cooked rice from the previous day, as it results in rice that is slightly fermented and firmer.
