Krumkake is a Norwegian waffle cookie made of flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and cream. Like Italian pizzelle, a special decorative two-sided iron griddle, or the Sicilian cannolo, or similar to a waffle iron, is traditionally used to bake the thin round cakes.
