Briouats are small Moroccan pastries which are stuffed with a variety of fillings and then fried. This Briouat features ground meat (kefta, kofta or kufta) mixed with eggs, cheese, lemon and pepper enclosed in crisp, paper-thin Moroccan pastry called warqa.
