Son-in-law Eggs, Son In Law Eggs, ไข่ลูกเขย (Thai)
eggs, tamarind, shallots, garlic
Kai look keuy (Son-in-Law Eggs) is an appetizer from Thailand enjoyed by kids and adults. The dish is made by deep frying medium-boiled eggs (usually duck eggs), then the eggs are drizzled by a sweet-and-sour tamarind sauce and topped with crispy fried shallots and garlic chips. To add spiciness crispy dried chilies are also added.
