Joffre Cake

Joffre Cake is a chocolate buttermilk layer cake filled with chocolate ganache and frosted with chocolate buttercream originally created at Bucharest's Casa Capșa restaurant, in honour of a visit by French Marshal Joseph Joffre, shortly after World War I.
