Crispy Basil Chicken (Thai)

Crispy Chicken is a Thai-style fried chicken and it is best served with Thai sweet chilli sauce and warm sticky rice (which you can steam with a splatter guard). Lately, I’ve been using a dipping sauce made out of half Thai sweet chilli sauce and half Thai Sriracha; it tastes pretty good.
