Chicken Yakisoba

It’s Japanese for fried noodles, and while I’ve never had the authentic version from the streets of Japan, I can see why it’s addictive. The noodles have great flavor and the chicken, broccoli, cabbage and carrots are scented with ginger as well as a bit of spice (You can take or leave the spice depending on your kiddos).
