Tlacoyo is a oval-shaped pre-Hispanic Mexican dish made of masa. Somewhat torpedo-shaped, they are fatter than fresh corn tortillas and stuffed with cooked ground beans, cheese, fava beans, chicharron or other ingredients and fried or toasted.
