It is considered a complete meal for Filipinos for it is composed of grilled chicken and puso rice which is wrapped and boiled in a triangular casing made of woven coconut leaves. Satti is the spicy dish popular among locals of Davao Zamboanga, Tawi-tawi and ( Western and Southern Mindanao). The sauce is made of dulaw (turmeric), sambal,curry, lemon grass, native pepper, red cayenne pepper, garlic, cumin, coriander, chili, onions and salt which is really has a unique flavor.
