This dish is known from the south of the Philippines (Mindanao) as their best pulutan (side dish when drinking beer). It is made of pork or beef internal organs such as liver, kidneys,intestines etc. It sounds like exotic but it is yummy! It is well known to have this dish during fiesta and special occasions or family gatherings where people are having their drinks.
