Frigarui is a Romanian dish consisting of small pieces of meat (usually pork, beef, mutton, lamb or chicken) grilled on a skewer, similar to shashlik or shish kebab. It is seasoned with spices such as pepper, garlic, savoury, rosemary, marjoram and laurel.
