Dinakdakan is a Filipino dish that originated from the Ilocos Region. It is an appetizer dish that makes use of boiled and grilled pig parts, such as the ears, liver, and face, called "Mascara"

Ilocano's favorite "pulutan" (dish with beer) boiled with water then mixed with pig's brain.
