Turkey Pastrami is a low-fat alternative to beef pastrami and it tastes just as good. This method is easier than making your own beef pastrami. Turkey Pastrami is a Turkish traditional cuisine. To serve, cut the pastrami into thin slices across the grain. Serve on rye bread slathered with mustard.
