Monggo Guisado

monngo, ginisang monggo (Filipino)

mung beans, spinach, dried fish

Not a complicated dish, very easy to do yet so delicious. You just have to make sure you soak the mung beans in the water first so it wont take a lot of time boiling it until its tender. You can use tuna flakes instead of dried fish or its up to you if you want to experiment you can use meat as well.
