Yukimi Daifuku is a brand of mochi ice cream manufactured by Lotte. It consists of a ball of vanilla ice milk wrapped in a thin layer of mochi, or rice cake then bathed in coconut milk. It is similar to a Daifuku Japanese dessert where rice cake with the mashed bean inside it. Yukimi Daifuku is one that instead of bean in the center, has ice cream.
