A popular dish, loved by Azerbaijanis by all ages. In this dish, the cabbage leaves are stuffed with ground meat, rice, and fresh herbs. In Azerbaijan, there is also a variation in which the cabbage leaves are stuffed with chestnuts, quince along with the meat, and the rolls are simmered down in sweet and sour sauce, made of vinegar and sugar.
