(Bangladeshi) (Indian)

milk, rose syrup, vermicelli, psyllium

It is a cold dessert popular in the Indian/Bangaldesh subcontinent. Traditionally it is made from mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, psyllium (ispaghol) or basil (sabza/takmaria) seeds, tapioca pearls and pieces of gelatin with milk or water. We can add ice cream or different types fruits in falooda also. It is a yummy dessert.
